New website looking for people stiffed by Trump
A new website launched by a Democratic super-PAC is looking for people who have been “screwed by” Donald Trump in business dealings with the Republican presidential nominee.
{mosads}”Were you one of Donald Trump’s victimized employees? Do you know of illegal or inappropriate behavior at one of Trump’s businesses or construction sites?” reads the homepage of trumpscrewedme.wpengine.com.
The website asks for contact information and a description of the incident and promises someone from the super-PAC will be in touch shortly.
“If you have been personally screwed by Donald Trump, or have a friend or relative who has been taken advantage of by Trump, we want to hear from you! Telling your story will help make sure that others like you are not abused by Trump,” the website reads.
“Together, we can put an end to Donald Trump’s aggressive business tactics that hurt hard-working Americans while he’s padding his pockets with your blood, sweat, and money.”
The website was launched by Progress Florida and American Bridge.
Allegations of Trump stiffing contractors and workers has come to light during his campaign for president. In a USA Today article published in June, hundreds who have worked with Trump reported not being paid for their work.
