FBI to send Clinton email report to Congress Tuesday

The FBI on Tuesday will send Congress a report detailing why it recommended against pressing criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for using a private email server, CNN reported Tuesday.

{mosads}The report will include notes from the FBI’s interviews with Clinton and other witnesses.

The details of the investigation will remain classified.

FBI Director James Comey last month concluded the probe by announcing that investigators would not be recommending charges against Clinton, though he admonished her for her “extremely reckless” actions and revealed that 110 emails on the server contained classified information.

Days later, Comey defended the investigation for four-and-a-half hours before the House Oversight Committee.
