Anti-Clinton group slams ‘Clinton fatigue’ in new ad

An anti-Hillary Clinton super-PAC on Tuesday released a new ad slamming the Democratic presidential nominee for her list of past controversies.

{mosads}The ad, released by the Defeat Crooked Hillary PAC, is part of a new television and digital campaign planned over the next few weeks, according to The Washington Post. The super-PAC is largely funded by hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer.

The ad, titled “Clinton Fatigue,” shows a doctor and a nurse walking around what appears to be a medical clinic.

“We haven’t seen anything like this since the ’90s,” the doctor says at the beginning.

“They look so lifeless,” the nurse says.

“Well, they’ve been through a lot,” the doctor responds. “Email scandals. Questionable donations from foreign governments. Cronyism. Even pantsuits.”

The nurse then asks the doctor what the diagnosis is as the two continue to walk through the room of patients.

“Clinton fatigue,” the doctor says.

The super-PAC, the formal name of which is Make America Number 1, is reportedly spending six figures on an ad blitz in the coming weeks. It is targeting undecided voters in nine states through Facebook, YouTube and Google.

The ad comes amid questions regarding Clinton’s health after it was revealed the Democratic nominee was diagnosed last week with pneumonia. Clinton canceled a scheduled trip to California due to the illness.

“Most people could laugh at this ad if it weren’t so true,” Hogan Gidley, a spokesman for the super-PAC, said in a statement, according to The Washington Post.
