Giuliani: Trump was talking about sexual assault

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Sunday agreed that Donald Trump was talking about sexual assault in the Republican presidential nominee’s lewd remarks about women from 2005.

{mosads}When asked by George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “This Week.” If Trump’s comments described sexual assault, Giuliani said, “That’s what he was talking about.”

“That’s what he was talking about, you know, whether it happened or not I don’t know. How much exaggeration was involved in that? I don’t know,” he said.

“I do know there is a tendency on the part of some men to exaggerate things like this,” he added.

“I’m not in any way trying to excuse it or condone it,” the Trump adviser said.
