Hillary’s passport info released by Wikileaks

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s passport information was included in a trove of cables from Saudi Arabia’s foreign ministry published online Friday by Wikileaks.

The Wikileaks cache of thousands of documents has information on Clinton, as well as other U.S. diplomats including Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.

They show that Clinton often visited Saudi Arabia during her tenure at State from 2009-2013, including a March 2012 trip to meet the late King Abdullah and former Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal in Riyadh.

{mosads}That trip was mentioned in one of the cables that included Clinton’s passport information, according to BuzzFeed, which first reported about her passport information being published.

Saudi Arabia was one of the countries that contributed to the Clinton Foundation, which came under recent scrutiny amid Clinton’s 2016 presidential run.

The documents published Friday include reports from Saudi Arabia’s interior and intelligence arms, as well as emails between the diplomatic branch and other foreign entities.

Wikileaks, which has faced criticism for publishing potentially sensitive information before, said it plans to release additional documents from the Saudi Foreign Ministry in the coming weeks.
