1 dead, 1 injured after Las Vegas strip shooting
One person died and another person was hospitalized after a shooting on the Las Vegas strip Saturday, CNN reported.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said Saturday evening on Twitter that the shooting suspect had surrendered without incident and was in custody after a more than four-hour standoff with police.

Authorities had said that tactical teams were at the scene of the shooting, with the lone suspect barricaded on a two-story bus.
{mosads}The area surrounding the Cosmopolitan Hotel was evacuated by police, according to USA Today, which reported that police were negotiating with the suspect.
