While it may be difficult to discern many things about the Iranian election from afar, it’s easy to at least tell they were anything but “free, fair and transparent,” Charles Lemos writes at MyDD. Also, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour (R) might make for an interesting presidential candidate for the GOP, though it may be difficult for him to overcome his D.C. background, Lemos adds.
