House Republicans plan on Wednesday to introduce their own stimulus plan that includes permanent tax breaks and more money for poorer Americans, writes Marc Ambinder. President Obama may have boxed in Republicans on the stimulus debate by personally listening to them at the same time they’re being shut out of negotiations with the congressional Democrats writing the bill, writes Ambinder.
