Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) spoke for many dissatisfied and distrustful Americans when she ranted against the CEOs of bailed out firms on the Senate floor, Devilstower writes, praising McCaskill’s bill to limit executive pay for bailed out firms at $400,000.
