Evidently it’s too much to ask of a Treasury secretary nominee that he actually follow tax laws, Warner Todd Huston muses after nominee Timothy Geithner was confirmed by the Senate last night. The pro-union stances of President Obama’s appointment to head the National Labor Relations Board, meanwhile, lead Huston to wonder if she will be fair to both employers and employees who don’t want unions.
