Merrill Lynch has made the “shock” prediction that the cost of oil could drop to $25 a barrel, according to the front page of the Drudge Report. Drudge also notes that auto executives face a “hard sell” with Congress for a bailout and that any auto company rescue could be tied to a government overhaul of the companies.
