Among the winners in Tuesday’s election were Barack Obama’s field staff, which effectively turned out the vote in battleground states for the Democrat, and Louisiana Gov. The losers include President Bush, whom most voters strongly disapproved of, and Northeastern Republicans, including Reps. Chris Shays (Conn.) and Randy Kuhl (N.Y.) who lost their seats, writes Cillizza.
