Barack Obama has had $66 million to spend for the final three weeks of the election, which is significantly more than the $24 million that John McCain has had, writes Jonathan Singer. But Obama’s fundraising has slowed down in October compared to September, which will force him to cut down on his $7 million-per-day spending rate, Singer adds.
