Focus groups for CBS, CNN and Fox News all declared Barack Obama the winner of Tuesday’s debate, according to the top of The Huffington Post. John McCain may have played into the emerging narrative of “Obama-hate” by referring to Barack Obama as “that one,” writes Seth Colter Walls. “That one,” however, was the winner of the debate because he appeared presidential and centered while McCain came across as petulant and scattered, writes Arianna Huffington.
