National polls showing Barack Obama ahead of John McCain suggest that McCain has hit a ceiling of support between 41 and 45 percent, while McCain’s running mate, Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Alaska), is unqualified to be president and won’t be seen as a credible attack dog, writes DemFromCT.
