House Republicans, who didn’t want to leave Washington last month when Democrats voted to recess without a vote on domestic oil drilling, seemingly reversed themselves and filed a motion to adjourn just before a vote on a Democratic bill that would allow some expansion of drilling, notes Kagro X.
