Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) could be the “game-changing” running mate pick that John McCain needs to win the election, writes Patrick Ruffini, who praises Lieberman’s foreign policy judgment and notes that Lieberman couldn’t demoralize the GOP base much further than it is now.
