Drudge Report
Backers of Barack Obama and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) may not be unified, notes the front page of the Drudge Report. Some Obama backers fear that the Clintons will steal the show at the Democratic convention, according to a Financial Times story that Drudge links to. In other political links, Drudge highlights the possibility that Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) will attend the convention, John McCain’s new ad saying that Obama’s veep pick was a snub of Clinton, and the McCain campaign’s criticism of Madonna, who compared the Republican to Adolf Hitler.
