With The Washington Post reporting on Barack Obama’s vote against an Illinois Senate bill seeking to protect born-alive infants, Seth Liebsohn notes that Obama is now on his third explanation for why he opposed the measure that he had said he would have voted for. Obama would benefit from picking Virginia Gov.
