While Barack Obama said last weekend that he was “firmly convinced” in 2002 that there wasn’t strong evidence of Iraq having weapons of mass destruction, the Democrat specifically said in his 2002 anti-war speech that Saddam Hussein had “developed chemical and biological weapons,” writes Dan McLaughlin, who sees an inconsistency. Even though Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and other Democrats have touted the energy plan of T. Boone Pickens, they fail to note that he’s a supporter of more domestic offshore oil drilling, notes Rob Bluey.
