Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) has added his name to a letter urging an end to the domestic ban on offshore oil drilling in the Outer Continental Shelf, he is also supporting a Gang of 10 compromise that would keep the ban in place in certain areas, writes Erick Erickson, who wonders where Graham stands.
