Just as the internal memos of Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s (D-N.Y.) campaign show that it didn’t just stumble onto charged words and associations about Barack Obama, John McCain’s memos likely spell out his strategy of trying to link Obama to “hot chicks” and pop music, writes Josh Marshall. The big problem with McCain is that he would ramp up the worst foreign policy traits of the current administration and instinctually look toward using force, writes Marshall.
