Russ Feingold (D-Wis.), Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) and Jeff Bingaman (D-N.M.) that would strip telecom immunity from the bill overhauling the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and require more oversight before any immunity is granted, writes mcjoan.
