The environment seems be “so toxic” for Republicans that even superior campaigners and well-liked Reps. Chris Shays (R-Conn.), Dave Reichert (R-Wash.) and Steve Chabot (R-Ohio) are in danger of losing their seats this year, writes brownsox.
