The call for offshore oil drilling is galvanizing the right, as evidenced by the thousands of signatures conservative groups are receiving in support of the move and Florida Gov. Charlie Crist’s (R) flip-flop on the issue, writes Patrick Ruffini. If conservatives want people to trust Republicans, they should back Alaska Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell (R) in his race against Rep. Don Young (R) since Parnell isn’t as close to lobbyists and isn’t under investigation like Young is, writes idahoconservative.
