While Barack Obama criticized budget deficits just two years ago, his proposed tax plans would add $3.3 trillion to the national debt, notes Jon Henke. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) has reportedly denied ruling out a gubernatorial bid, prompting Patrick Ruffini to suggest that Giuliani run as the “combative, happy warrior” who tweaked the press as mayor instead of the Mr. Congeniality he took on as a presidential candidate.
