While House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer’s (D-Md.) says a compromise on retroactive immunity for telecom companies is the result of “many Democrats” forcing his hand, mcjoan thinks the Democrat leader should instead listen to the majority of his caucus that oppose immunity.
