He could sign a bill passed overwhelmingly by the Legislature that leaves it up local school boards to decide whether to teach creationism, but that would make him a target of the left, the blogger writes. Jindal could veto it and anger the base, or he could let it become law without his signature, which would show a lack of backbone. Allahpundit predicts that Jindal signs it.
