Conservative bloggers and Senate Republicans are happy to have a fight with Democrats over judicial nominees stalled by Senate Majority Harry Reid (D-Nev.), Jon Henke writes. Reid, buoyed by the expectation of broader majority next year, seems to be going back on a deal with Republicans to allow nominations to go forward, prompting Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) to make an issue out of the appointments this year, Henke writes.
