Douglas Feith, one of the architects of the U.S. invasion of Iraq, is restating that the Bush administration was right to go to war, according to a video by Josh Marshall. Feith acknowledges it was wrong to say Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, but notes the invasion would still have been justified on the grounds that Iraq posed a threat in a post-9/11 world, acording to Feith’s own words in the video. Marshall also posts video of Lanny Davis’s hard-nosed advocacy for Hillary Clinton in the face of pundits declaring she lost. It nicely complements Marshall’s video of Clinton campaign chairman Terry McAuliffe cheerily soldiering on for Clinton.
