A new Pew Research Center poll confirms that President Bush is indeed John McCain’s biggest weakness, Josh Orton writes. About three-quarters of participants view a continuation of Bush’s policies as bad or seek a new direction for the country, while just 8 percent see the policies as a good or a new direction bad, writes Orton. McCain has voted with Bush 95 percent of the time last year and 100 percent this year, Orton notes.
