Barack Obama is now more nuanced with his approach to talk with leaders of Iran and other rogue nations than he did a few months ago, notes Pejman Yousefzadeh. While Obama said in a debate that he would be willing to meet with those leaders, his advisers have added caveats to any talks, which is a more responsible approach, the blogger writes. Erick Erickson calls the media “Obama’s mistress” after reading that National Journal reporter and former ABC News correspondent Linda Douglass is leaving her profession to work as a strategist for Obama’s campaign. Erickson is willing to bet that Douglass tailored a recent interview with Obama’s campaign manager to suit the campaign.
