Erick Erickson makes the case for Michigan’s superdelegates to back Hillary Clinton and not Barack Obama, hoping to cause more chaos that prolongs the Democratic nomination race. The Illinois senator, after all, has called for environmental regulations that could hurt the auto industry and refused to support a re-vote that would have resolved the delegate questions, Erickson writes. The last president in the “same league” as Obama and Clinton in promoting “lousy trade policy” was Herbert Hoover, who was in office during the Great Depression, the blogger writes.
