The Corner
Hillary Clinton’s speech Tuesday night had all the beginnings of a “concession-exit,” according to Kathryn Jean Lopez. Chelsea Clinton looked on like Ann Romney when her husband dropped out, lovingly but knowing what’s coming, Lopez writes. Meanwhile, Barack Obama’s campaign worried about the “Limbaugh effect” of Republican voters backing Clinton, notes Byron York. He has an e-mail from the campaign in which it estimates that 7 percent of voters listened to the talk radio host and tried to cast ballots for Clinton to prolong the Democratic race.
