While Democrats feel good about their chances this November, they have even more reason to be optimistic about future elections, Ambinder reports. He links to a Pew Research study that shows the 25-point gap that Democrats enjoy in party identification among 18-29 year olds has never been greater. Ambinder also posts video of two of those young voters who are also superdelegates. The video, by the president and vice president of the College Democrats, urges their members in the organization to tell them whom they should cast their superdelegate votes for. Ambinder wonders if the approach will become a model for other undecided superdelegates.
