Clinton, meanwhile, seems to do well in polls against McCain in Florida and Ohio, where Obama does not, making her electoral map stronger than Obama’s, Armstrong suggests. Singer notes that McCain opposed a fair pay bill that stalled in the Senate Wednesday and could have helped women close the pay gap with their male co-workers.
