Liberal bloggers take aim at the mainstream media after watching Barack Obama, lose Pennsylvania. David Neiwert compares the final results to the last Quinnipiac poll and sees little evidence that Obama’s “bitter” comment changed much. He uses the poll to argue that the media was “working from faulty assumptions.” Christy Hardin Smith takes one member of the political press to task for failing to know what a “Terrible Towel” meant to Pittsburgh. She urges those trying to cover the race to “do some research.”
