Bad news for the Democrats is what Hot Air bloggers offer this morning. Allahpundit notes Condoleezza Rice’s “Shermanesque” statement about her interest in the vice presidency and concludes that the “Democratic dream” of saddling McCain with the problems of the Bush administration won’t happen. Ed Morrissey finds the media moving beyond the “bitter” part of Barack Obama’s controversial quote and discussing the part that, according to Morrissey, “assumes Midwestern voters are idiots.”
