The conservative bloggers have praise for a Clinton applause line and criticism for Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa.) and Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s supporters. Pejman Yousezfadeh suggests that Republicans, perhaps more than Clinton supporters, cheer her stump speech rhetoric about pressing on with her campaign against Obama. Moe Lane points to The Hill’s story on Monday about a Murtha aide using campaign money to buy a rifle. Lane spins it as “Murtha again violates House rules.” absentee notes a ceremony honoring Wright, Obama’s former pastor, and concludes that his supporters’ view is “Wright is right, everyone else doesn’t get it.”
