Cheney leaves hospital after heart treatment
Former Vice President Dick Cheney left a Washington, D.C., hospital on Monday after receiving treatment for a heart-related ailment.
Cheney was admitted to George Washington University Hospital on Friday after feeling “discomfort,” according to reports. It was later report that he experienced a fluid buildup in connection with his history of heart problems.
After his health improved over the weekend, he was expected to be released Monday.
The former vice president, who is 69, has had five heart attacks.
