Obama to visit CIA headquarters Friday
President Obama will pay a visit to CIA headquarters
in Langley, Va., on Friday to thank the intelligence community for its
role in finding and killing Osama bin Laden.
White House press
secretary Jay Carney told reporters aboard Air Force One Wednesday that
Obama personally made the decision to visit the facility, his second
such visit as president.
Carney said the president will “meet with a
broad range of the intelligence community to thank them for the work
they do every day to keep America safe and specifically for their
excellent work in tracking down Osama bin Laden.”
