Ron Paul says Obama’s new loan rules potentially illegal
{mosads}Paul then equated Obama’s unilateral loan restructuring move to his decision to intervene in the Libyan Civil War and to authorize the killing of an American citizen affiliated with Al Qaeda. The Texas congressman has previously said that he thought that Obama’s decisions in those instances were potentially impeachable offenses.
“I would say that this is more dangerous because he’s blatant about it. He’s, you know, they go to war without declaration. But this thing going into Libya, he was very blatant about it. He said, ‘I don’t need to tell you. I get my orders from NATO and the United Nations,'” Paul said.
Paul also accused the president of carrying out covert assassinations in the past.
“They’ve been assassinating people for a good while, and our CIA’s been involved. But they at least knew it was wrong, and they kept it secret. But the fact that they’re putting it out on the table I think is a very dangerous trend,” Paul said.
