Gingrich mocks Perry over ‘oops’ moment at Detroit campaign stop

Mitt Romney tried to help Perry during the stumble, suggesting the Environmental Protection Agency as the third agency.

But Perry has done his best to parlay the flub into a positive for his campaign. An email to supporters Thursday morning asked which federal agency they would most like to forget, and the governor will film a self-deprecating Top 10 list for the “Late Show with David Letterman” later in the day.
