Fox News is slated to host another GOP debate next week in Salt Lake City, Utah, its fourth Republican presidential debate that will follow a series of voting this week.
The network announced Monday that the two-hour debate March 21 at Salt Palace Convention Center will start at 9 p.m. EDT and will feature hosts Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace and Bret Baier reprising their roles as moderators.
{mosads}It will come on the eve of voting in Arizona and Utah, and a week after voting in Florida, Ohio, Missouri, North Carolina and Illinois. The debate was previously announced by the Republican National Committee, but a sponsor had not initially been named.
Last Thursday, front-runner Donald Trump first told CNN’s Chris Cuomo, “I’ve had enough of the debates,” but then added, “I guess I’m pretty much OK with it.”
The next day, during the press conference in which Ben Carson endorsed him, Trump emphasized he thought there should be no more debates.
“It’s time to end the debates,” he said. “How many times do you have to give the same answer to the same question?” he asked.
Fox hosted the first GOP debate in Cleveland in August, as well as debates in Iowa in late January and Detroit earlier this month. Fox Business has also hosted a pair of debates.
