{mosads}He is believed to be the man in the hat seen in footage of the Brussels airport who fled after the Tuesday attack, according to BuzzFeed.

Police arrested him Thursday night in Brussels outside the federal prosecutors’ office.

The second man, Aboubakar A, has been charged with participating in terrorist activities. He was arrested Thursday in a car in Brussels.

The charges follow confirmation from Secretary of State John Kerry that at least two Americans died in the attacks on the Brussels metro station and airport.

“[The] United States is praying and grieving with you for the loved ones of those cruelly taken from us, including Americans, and for the many who were injured in these despicable attacks,” Kerry said after a meeting with Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel, according to The Associated Press.
