Democrats volley back with Valentine’s Day cards mocking GOP

“Even as most of the country isn’t feeling the love for House Republicans, John Boehner and his Tea Party colleagues still have a few ‘I love yous’ of their own to send this Valentine’s Day,” said DCCC spokesman Jesse Ferguson in a statement.

The cards serve partially as a response to a website debuted by the Republican National Committee earlier in the day. That page allows supporters to send virtual valentines that feature swipes at prominent Democrats like President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
