Clinton to give first post-convention interview to ‘Fox News Sunday’

Hillary Clinton is slated to appear on “Fox News Sunday” in what is being billed as her first interview after this week’s Democratic National Convention.

The program’s host, Chris Wallace, will conduct the sit-down interview with the Democratic presidential nominee, Fox announced Wednesday.

{mosads}The interview, which will air Sunday, will be Clinton’s first on the program since 2011, according to Fox.

Wallace has previously criticized Clinton for not appearing on his show. On Wednesday, he said he worked for 15 months to secure the interview.

Clinton has previously appeared three times on Fox News since announcing her candidacy last year, including participating in a Democratic town hall in March.

She conducted a satellite interview with Bret Baier in June after becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee and phoned into Bill O’Reilly’s show earlier this month after the terrorist attack in Nice, France.

Clinton on Tuesday was officially nominated as the Democrats’ presidential pick. She is expected to accept the nomination in a speech at the convention in Philadelphia on Thursday night.
