Head of College Republicans walks away from Trump
The national chair of College Republicans is disavowing GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump following the release of a tape featuring obscene comments Trump made about women in 2005.
College Republican National Committee (CRNC) chair Alex Smith ripped Trump after he referred to his sexually aggressive language caught on a hot mic as “locker room banter.”
{mosads}Smith tweeted that “the Party of Lincoln is not a locker room, and there is no place for people who think it is.”

Smith indicated she is not switching her support to Hillary Clinton, adding, “Definitely not with her, but not with him.”
She has a tweet from June pinned to the top of her timeline congratulating Clinton “for becoming the first College Republican to clinch the Democratic nomination for President.
