Poll: Plurality support ending Senate filibuster
{mosads}According to lawmakers, President Obama will be required to pick two new nominees to the National Labor Relations Board to replace two pending nominees he had recess-appointed in 2012. Republicans objected to that move, and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals later ruled that it was illegal.

Republicans are also expected to allow the president’s nominees to head the Labor Department and Environmental Protection Agency to proceed.

The survey by Rasmussen interviewed 1,000 likely voters and carried a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
