Rep. Coble hospitalized

{mosads}Coble was admitted to George Washington University Hospital in Washington on Tuesday after he had to withdraw from a speaking engagement because of abdominal pain.

Earlier on Thursday, Coble’s office said he was “resting comfortably” following the procedure.

“The doctor who performed the surgery said that he repaired a right-side hernia that was causing the pain and saw no other concerns during the procedure,” his office said in a statement.
